Usage requirements

Provide valid JWKS endpoints per tenant so signed intents can be verified and audited.
Encrypt any sensitive material stored in evidence bundles and respect data residency obligations.
Obtain written approval before running penetration, load, or chaos testing in production environments.

Availability & support

We target 99.995% ledger availability with published SLOs for validation, execution, and projection lag. Enterprise agreements include 24/7 incident response with a 30-minute initial acknowledgement SLA.
